At the six-month review — the one Module 3 told you to get in writing — most people say "I think it's been going well?" while Rahul opens a file: invoice error rate at zero since week five, a duplicate check added to the process, twenty-six weekly updates sent, month-end handled solo since October. Reviews, raises and promotions are decided on evidence, and the wins file means you are the only person in the room holding any.
